SMS Notification Policy

Program description

GateTek FieldDocs Notifications is an optional, non-marketing SMS program for authorized GateTek employees, administrators, technicians, and contractors. Alerts may concern job assignments, scheduled visits, changes or cancellations, project issues, work updates, submitted visit reports, and completion events.

How to opt in

When the FieldDocs SMS feature is available, eligible users can sign in, provide a mobile number, and affirmatively select an unchecked SMS consent checkbox in their profile settings. GateTek records consent and does not send program messages without it. This page describes the intended program; SMS sending must remain disabled until the consent workflow and required messaging registration are operational.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on work activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@gatetekts.com. Users may also withdraw consent in FieldDocs once the preference control is available. After opting out, users may receive a final confirmation message.

Privacy

We use mobile numbers and consent records to administer and deliver operational alerts. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers process information only as needed to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy.
